• Active RN License in good standing with the State of Georgia
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to set clear expectations and hold staff accountable
• A natural coach and mentor with the ability to delegate effectively
• Hands-on clinical involvement and a passion for excellence
• Commitment to systems, process, and staff empowerment
• Skilled in building rapport with families, residents, and staff alike
• Proven ability to manage clinical budgets and control PPD
